Medics&Me

Medics&Me is a widening access programme for medicine. Set up by medical students in 2020, we are proudly paired to non-selective state schools, enabling supporting and inspiring the students to pursue a career in medicine. Our goals are outlined below:

 ENABLE give students the tools to excel in their medical application and life beyond via an education programme, integrated into the non-selective state schools we are paired to.

 

SUPPORT every student on the programme is supported and we allocate every student an individual medical student mentor to answer questions, provide extra guidance and tailored support.

​

INSPIRE we inspire students and build their confidence in pursuing medicine as a career, students have access to regular events with practicing Doctors and we have developed our own work experience programme. We are also continually building our network to provide a community of medical professionals for students to connect with.
